SA Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-time, Ongoing Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at the Strathalbyn District Health Services - Aged Care unit within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN, located in the picturesque Adelaide Hills.

As a Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of activities through the development, implementation, and evaluation of a recreational and therapeutic leisure and lifestyle program. Your mission will be to enhance the quality of life for our cherished residents by promoting their independence and facilitating their involvement in programs designed to maximise their potential.

Through your exceptional skills, you will curate a diverse range of social and diversional group activities, as well as provide individual stimulation and emotional support tailored to various cognitive and physical abilities. Your innovative approach will inspire residents to explore new horizons, igniting their enthusiasm and fostering a vibrant community.

To embark on this rewarding journey, you must have completed an AQF Certificate IV relevant to the position. Your compassion, creativity, and commitment to excellence will be the driving force behind the success of our leisure and lifestyle programs.
