A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the DSOE Initiative Lead, reporting to the Senior Manager, DSO Excellence Initiative.

A bit about your role

As the DSOE Initiative Lead, you will lead and embed DevSecOps improvement initiatives with a focus on removing waste and achieving efficiency. You will collaborate with various Technical Domain, Sub-Domain Managers, and DSO stakeholders to develop realistic and achievable benefits and outcomes.

This role will require you to monitor initiative progress and take corrective action to prevent or limit slippage. You will identify and resolve initiative issues and maintain a sense of urgency around initiative critical paths.

A bit about you

We are open to a range of backgrounds, experience/knowledge ideally with knowledge of Scaled Agile and DevSecOps practises. Experience delivering IT wide process/practise change would be valuable.

You have a can-do attitude with excellent influencing, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field would be valuable.
