Part time position, three days a week (22.5 Hrs) in our office at Frenchs Forest. This is a varied position in the friendly office of an established family company.

McMillan Cards & Paper is an Import/Wholesale company, supplying the Australian market with top end UK greeting cards, paper napkins and gift items.

Staff parking is available on site.

**An interesting and varied job role will include but not limited to**:

- Accounts Receivable, bank and invoice payments
- Credit Control
- Being willing to help other team members if needed
- General administrative duties

**Key Experience**:

- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Keen attention to detail and good writing and numeracy skills
- Methodical, tidy and thorough common-sense approach to work
- Ability to multi task while at the same time maintaining accuracy
- Experience using accounting and inventory systems

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Credit Control
- Accurately enter bank receipts into accounting system - Jiwa
- Be organised with good time management skills, work both autonomously and as a member of a team
- David Jones EDI ordering system
- Office hours 9.00am - 5.00pm

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.30 per week

**Salary**: From $31.79 per hour
