**About Us**

The opportunity is here to join a national retail chain who is privately owned and totally focused on providing all Australians with all things camping, fishing & outdoor adventure

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be part of this well-known brand and an amazing group of people, who enjoy providing the customer a professional shopping experience. Your focus will be to develop and increase store sales, (in line with overall company strategy) while developing key internal and external relationships.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop your team of 10+ staff
- Ensure you and your team are delivering customers with a great customer experience.
- Maximise sales by promoting products, club memberships etc.
- Managing reports (sales, gross margin, net profit)
- Merchandising and managing presentation of store

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
- Demonstrated history of reaching KPI’s and targets
- Strong computer skills
- Fantastic communication skills
- Stock Management experience
