Mini Masterminds **Padstow** services 116 places, with 4 rooms, featuring state of the art premium learning spaces, that inspire children’s natural curiosity, encouraging them to explore, learn, and grow.

**About You**
You’re energetic, caring and dedicated to fostering children’s growth through creative, adaptable, and inquiry-based tailored learning. You thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to a respectful and supportive culture. Empathetic and patient, you take pride in building positive, trusting relationships with children and their families. Experience as a Room Leader is highly desired, but not essential.
To be eligible, you’ll need a Completed** Diploma **in Early Childhood Education and Care, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
- Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
