Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a dedicated People Adviser to join our team.

Reporting to the People Partner - Advisory Lead, you will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.

This opportunity is available on a Full Time, 12 Month Maximum Term contract basis.

What will you be doing?- Providing interpretation and advice to Leaders regarding HR policies, procedures and processes- Providing assistance to employees in relation to general HR enquiries- Reviewing and processing of people tasks through the HR system (Workday)- Assist with the resolution of employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.- Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.- Assist with the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, and employee engagement.- Stay informed of changes to employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to support the achievement of organisational goals and objectives.

What are we looking for in you?- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Previous experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations and advisory services.- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
