You will be working as a **Training Advisor** in our Mount Gravatt office. In this role you will use your experience to deliver training in an accessible, fun and practical way that connects with a diverse audience. You will engage with participants to help them identify their strengths and capabilities and support them to develop the skills and behaviours to become 'job-ready' and obtain employment. This is done through facilitation of targeted training and workshops and provision of assistance with resume preparation and the career transition process.

**What do you need?**
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check and current Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
