**About The Venue**:
Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is a premium 4.5-star resort style hotel overlooking the beautiful, white sandy beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands and Sydney's picturesque Botany Bay. The hotel is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and on track to be one of the best event venues in NSW.

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about maintaining lush greenery and ensuring a well-kept environment? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and fixing things around a hotel? We're seeking a dedicated Generalist Gardener to join our team and contribute to the beauty and functionality of The Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain captivating landscapes around the hotel premises.
- Perform planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and lawn care activities.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for efficient landscape upkeep.
- Enhance the visual appeal of outdoor areas through your gardening skills.
- Ensure garden structures and features are safe, clean, and inviting.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in landscaping, gardening, or related roles.
- Certificate in Horticulture preferred
- Knowledge of plant care, landscaping aesthetics, and seasonal maintenance.
- Proficiency in using a variety of gardening tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail and creativity in enhancing outdoor spaces.
- Experience with forklifts is desirable but not essential.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- professional gardening: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate in Horticulture (preferred)
