We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of disability services. In this role, you will lead a team of managers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer-centered supports while upholding service and practice excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of managers to achieve service and practice excellence in disability supports.
- Take accountability for the viability of the respective services within the portfolio.
- Develop business plans that align with key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall local and organisational strategic objectives.
- Drive outcomes in customer satisfaction, financial performance, staff satisfaction and wellbeing, quality, workplace health and safety (WHS), regulatory compliance, and people management.
- Demonstrate best practice leadership, fostering innovation, and promoting growth within the portfolio.
- Identify and engage with new customers, while nurturing existing customer relationships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Possession of a relevant Degree qualification in disability/community services/management or a related field.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a management role preferably within the disability services sector.
- Strong understanding of customer-centered practices and service excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business plans aligned with KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on motivating and empowering teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards within the disability services sector.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
