We are currently looking for experienced and compassionate Personal Carers to join our dedicated Residential Care team at McCracken Views located in Victor Harbor.

**About the role**

Working collaboratively with our nursing team, you will provide high-quality personal care to our clients based on their individual needs. This includes assisting them with daily life tasks, personal care and mobility.

You will work with your colleagues to develop and deliver person-centered care plans that focus on healthy and active ageing, and maximising quality of life for each and every client.

**About you**

With a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care, you will use your effective communication skills to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Highly organised with impressive relationship-building skills and previous Personal Caring experience, you will also have the ability to work confidently without direct supervision, displaying initiative, integrity and a strong commitment to helping our residents improve their quality of life.
