RSL LifeCare’s Flagship ‘War Vets’ - ANZAC Village Narrabeen are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join the Retirement Living team.

This newly created role is responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support and assistance to the Village Manager and the wider Retirement Living Team.- This is a Part time role, 30 hours per week_- Based in our Narrabeen Office, 4 days per week_
- _We can discuss your ideal 4 working days in the interview process_

Day to Day Responsibilities- Administrative & management support; working closely with the Village Manager & wider Retirement Living Team- Diary, calendar & meeting coordination, Database management- Coordinate and service meetings with internal and external stakeholders, minute taking- Assist with projects as and when they arise including Event co-ordination and support (e.g. Anzac Day and Remembrance Day services)- Liaise and work with Sales and Community Managers on the new resident induction process- Any other administrative duties as directed
- To be successful in this role, the ideal applicant will demonstrate compassion, tolerance, patience and empathy for aged people, have an understanding of Veterans’ experiences and needs and will demonstrate the following skills and experiences:_- Relevant administrative qualifications or other industry relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience applicable to the role; retirment living experience or similar highly regarded- Advanced computer literacy in all aspects of Microsoft Office with particularly strong competency in Work, Excel & PowerPoint,- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, work under pressure, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines- Capacity to be self-motivated and work independently, seeking guidance when and where necessary, but also able to work collaboratively in team environment- Up to date vaccinations; Covid and Flu
