**The Company**:
We are a leading Melbourne property styling and interior design business, continually growing and expanding our services to meet the needs of our clients. We are excited to be looking for an Experienced Trades Supervisor to take our Projects division to the next level by delivering a one-stop shop trade services solution for home repair, upgrades, and property presentation. Reporting to the Business Manager, in this integral role you will be very hands-on, working closely with our talented Property Styling & Interior Design teams to implement trade solutions as part of their service offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attending consultations at residential homes, to scope potential trade services
- Estimating trade work and preparation of accurate and timely trade quotations for standard and bespoke trade work, to be delivered alongside the Company’s styling and interior design proposals;
- Supervising trade services ensuring they are completed to budget and on time.
- Overseeing a variety of trades at several different locations
- Conducting site visits to inspect & sign off on all completed work and resolution of any customer issues with trade works.
- Build relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers and engage, program and monitor all aspects of trades work with them. **Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience estimating various trade jobs where rapid and reliable trade turnaround is required.
- An in-depth understanding of industry rates and sub-contractor costs for the range of key trades offered by the Company.
- Competency at computer skills including Microsoft suite.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.**Project Division Management** - identify and promote areas of growth of the Division and assist in setting and achieving the annual and monthly budget for the Division.
