You do not have to have recruitment experience however it is desirable.

**We are looking for someone **who**:

- Is hard working, friendly and articulate.
- Has the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Has enthusiasm and strong work ethic with lots of energy.
- Has excellent time management skills.
- Has Flexibility with the ability to be able to prioritise.
- Is warm and friendly in nature with exceptional communication skills.
- Intermediate administration skills.
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a fast paced role.
- Has strong verbal and written communication.

**About the role**:

- Responding to requests for support from staff and line Managers.
- Onboarding activities such as creating job ads, assisting with position descriptions, booking interviews, facilitating interviews and issuing contracts.
- Working within our recruitment systems.
