The role itself will see you manage a portfolio of general insurance claims across multiple product lines - predominately motor.

The duties are:

- Convert third parties to lodging a claim with their insurance company, following up active claim leads
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers, discussing general insurance claims
- Assess and understand recovery claims, collecting all necessary claims
- Provide information and support customers experiencing hardship
- Focussing on maintaining the great reputation of the company, by resolving claims effectively and efficiently to increase customer satisfaction
- Communicating very clearly and effectively

The right person will have:

- A strong understanding of quality & information security management system
- Highly developed communications skills
- Strong emotional inteligence
- The abilty to adhere to deadlines while working in a fast paced environment
- An advanced level of attention to detail
- Strong ability to make judgement calls on the spot
- Very strong problem solving skills including conflict resolution
- Previous experience in general claims management

After the initial training period, you will have the opportunity to work from home and in the office. The company invests in their people by offering accredited courses. Bonuses are also on offer.
