We are currently recruiting **Casual team members** to join the **Customer Care Team.** If you love retail and working with an awesome team, then this could be your next dream job

**About the role**

Our **Customer Care Team** is the heartbeat of our business. Working to provide the best customer experience and service through our omnichannel contact centre

As part of our continued customer service excellence, you will aim to exceed customer expectations and be proactive in following up on online customer queries, while adhering to best practices in all customer interactions.

**PLEASE NOTE**: This role requires flexible Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required.

**About you**
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a contact centre or similar sales/online support role
- Love working in a team environment
