At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we have an opportunity for a highly motivated customer service-focused individual to join our **Customer Care**in a Full-time capacity**
**About the role**
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their enquiries
- Handling support/ticket requests in accordance with KPIs
- Using multiple systems - **Contivo, Infor M3, Gmail, BoldChat and Magento**:
- Processing returns, exchanges and refunds for customer orders
**About you**
- Previous customer service experience in a call centre or retail
- Great time management and an ability to take initiative and multi-task
- Ability to perform within agreed SLAs & KPIs
- Well-developed interpersonal skills alongside exceptional written and verbal communication
- High standards and attention to detail
