**Role description**:
**Role accountabilities**:

- Responsible for resource planning across Business Area locally and globally to align processes and approach to resource planning. Taking ownership of Workforce Planning Tool (WPT), onboard and train new staff in use of WPT, and implementing refinements to process as required.
- Act as key sponsor for current WPT and future WPT developments to ensure rapid deployment and consistent use across Business Area (BA).
- Accountable to BA Operations Director for resource forecasting, business intelligence and metrics. Delivering internal governance and compliance for, resource analytics and performance/optimization of individuals and teams.
- Supports work winning and project performance frameworks by identified skills needed and matching individuals to roles, advising on the skills available and timing. Supports specific interventions on Strategic Workforce Planning, to include efficiencies, growth, recruitment, and pipeline analysis.
- Facilitate timely matching of resources to resource requests, liaising with Talent Acquisition team for collaboration on open roles and understanding business needs and ensuring resource assignments are up to date, monitor large projects and engagements for changing demands and evolving requirements.
- Organize regular meetings with business stakeholders to identify short, medium, and longer-term resource needs and create and maintain a resource plan showing supply and demand. Identify and advise business stakeholders on needs for changes in the workforce, based on perceived resource demands (recruitment, development, retention, attrition, etc.)

**Qualifications & Experience**:
First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. You will come to us with:

- 3 years experience within a professional services environment, either in resource planning for a business, or alternatively workforce planning and resourcing for a project, including the use of online tools, or recruitment or HR experience.
- Strong team player, collaborative with peers and proven ability to network and influence at various levels - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Confident and self-aware
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills based on mutual trust and confidence, both internally and externally
- High level of integrity with the ability to resolve conflict with outcome-focused working style
- Positive, can-do attitude and able to multitask and handle working under pressure
- Highly organized and excellent time management ability
- Strong numeric ability and comfortable in manipulating/analysing numerical data
- Demonstrated experience in systems such as MS Office (particularly Excel), Oracle or in resource planning systems
