**Responsibilities**:
Ensuring the high standard of coffee produced.

Contributing to the growth of our new shop.

Good at different types of coffee drinks, must-have latte art and high volume of orders.

Expediting and serving delicious sweet and savoury foods - this can include assembly, delivery and clearing of these treats.

Maintaining work area, and daily maintenance of coffee/espresso equipment.

Ensure consistency and high quality of coffee preparation and serving.

Cultivating positive, proactive relationships with all coworkers.

Tasting coffee drinks regularly made by you and other baristas, to maintain standards.

Offering constructive feedback to team members to ensure consistency and quality of coffee preparation, professionalism, service, hygiene & cleanliness.

Supporting your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of **one years**’ barista experience.

Solid coffee skills including latte art and drive to succeed.

Strong ability to handle a high volume of orders.

Deep knowledge of coffee and coffee operations.

Passion for high-quality hospitality, coffee & food products.

An eye for detail and consistent quality produce.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks with a diverse range of priorities and problems.

Customer and quality-focused and solutions-oriented.

Strong work commitment.
