Your new role

Working in the local government you will be a valued member of staff, as you will be the face and voice of the organization. You will be providing exceptional customer service to the public, as well as range of venue support services. As you work as part of a team to support the coordination and delivery in one of the local government departments.

What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Significant experience in Hospitality or venue-based customer service
- High attention to detail
- Administrative experience
- Demonstrate planning/organisational and time management skills
- Have clear verbal and written communication

What you'll get in return
