We seek an experienced Retail Store Manager who is enthusiastic, independent and someone who is able to assist a group of children in slime making within our Westfield Parramatta store.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

At Scoopi, we pride ourselves on our culture and its people. We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to assist with the ongoing store team's success.

As the Retail Store Manager, you'll work closely with the store team to maximise sales and provide exceptional customer service to our loyal customers as well as being a point of contact to provide effective communication between store team members and Head Office. You love the buzz of a busy workplace, harnessing the people and energy around you to deliver on targets and live the Scoopi values. You'll look after your team, inspiring and coaching them to be their best, driving a culture of continuous improvement.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To lead the store in achieving and building a strong high performing team
- To ensure the store team is efficiently operational at all times
- Staff scheduling and hiring (including onboarding and training)
- Ensure Scoopi's Visual Merchandising plan and customer service expectations are adhered to across all stores
- Train the team on new product and sales techniques

**YOU WILL HAVE**:

- Experience in management experience within the Retail industry
- Experience in coaching and developing others
- A friendly, informal and consultative style when working with others
- Ability to influence, network, negotiate, counsel and mediate
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $34.58 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
