**What We Are After**

We are looking for a hard-working and vibrant Bar Manager to join our team at **TGI Friday's, Robina restaurant.**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting in efficiently and effectively controlling the operations across the bar.
- Supporting the Venue Manager as required
- Identifying opportunities to build sales and revenue whilst controlling costs.
- Ensuring superior service and quality to ensure delivery of outstanding guest experiences.
- Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader
- Critical to this role is the ability to take a strategic approach in driving revenue,
- Following all cleaning policies
- Passion for training and upskilling their knowledge
- Spreading the love of all things Fridays
- Promoting a great atmosphere for customers to have a positive experience
- Following our steps of service
- Promote our Specials, Promotions and events

**What does success look like?**
- Previous experience in Hospitality Management
- Experience working in a Bar and Restaurant environment
- A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach in addition to excellent service standards
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- Experience in the financial aspects of a business
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- RSA certificate
