**Profile**:

As the Head of Retail for Australia and New Zealand, you will hold ultimate accountability for the entire retail sales and operations, encompassing team leadership, client experience and operational excellence. - Working in partnership with the General Manager for the commercial management and strategic planning of the network’s expansion and growth with the client at the heart of all decisions****:

- Driving the entire retail network on achieving set KPI’s, including but not limited to conversion rate, average basket size, UPT, service levels and love meter results.
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing and E-Commerce to ensure consistency and a seamless omni customer experience.
- Managing sales budgets, KPI’s, shrinkage, audit targets as well as the P & L for each store.
- Coaching and mentoring the Senior Retail Operations Manager, District Managers field and store teams.
- Developing, motivating and inspiring the team based on in-store observations, trend analysis and feedback.
- Partnering with Education and HR to upskill all team members and develop Sephora as an Employer of Choice with a focus on team retention.

**We would love to hear from you if you meet the following**:

- 10+ years in a similar or relevant retail leadership and operations role
- Able to travel independently including weekends and internationally, as required
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Results focused with proven ability to set and drive KPI’s to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Operationally minded and hands-on (ready to spend time in stores to help store teams to solve issues and to motivate them).
- Demonstrate influential leadership style to lead, motivate, inspire and develop teams in a rapidly changing environment.
- Leads through ambiguity.
- Places customer satisfaction as his/her core value.
- Full knowledge of Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point and ideally Project
- Flexible with extended hours during events
