Join one of Australia’s leading private healthcare providers as we embark on a bold transformation to implement **Smart Rostering** across our network. Ramsay Health Care is seeking a **Workforce Data Systems Analyst** to help design and deliver the data infrastructure that will underpin this shift.
In this newly created role, you’ll work at the intersection of data, technology and workforce strategy - building scalable solutions that support performance measurement, AI-enabled scheduling and long-term operational sustainability.
**The Role**
Reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Systems, you’ll be responsible for defining and maintaining the data architecture that supports Ramsay’s **Roster-to-Pay** lifecycle. This includes identifying data sources, managing integrations, enabling AI capabilities and designing dashboards and insights that drive real business decisions.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Design and deliver data architecture** for rostering and scheduling solutions, ensuring long-term sustainability and governance.
- **Build performance measurement tools** to support ongoing Roster-to-Pay optimisation.
- **Enable AI-driven scheduling** by preparing high-quality data sets for model training and re-training.
- **Create dashboards and visualisations** using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- **Analyse complex datasets** to uncover actionable insights, trends and root causes.
- **Collaborate across teams** to establish new data integrations, connectors and system relationships.
- **Communicate findings and recommendations** to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
**About You**
You’re an analytical thinker with a deep understanding of modern data systems and a passion for making complex data meaningful. You’re comfortable bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
You’ll bring:
- Experience designing comprehensive data architectures for business operations.
- Hands-on experience integrating data from multiple systems using APIs, connectors, or similar tools.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience preparing data for AI models.
- Strong ability to communicate insights and technical concepts to business users.
- Hold a **degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.**:
- Bonus points for experience with:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- SQL, Python, or R
- Workforce analytics
- Process mining tools like Signavio
