Disability Services Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and driven **Disability Services Program Manager** to lead and oversee our operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in disability services, service coordination, and compliance.
The **Disability Services Program Manager** is responsible for overseeing the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality disability support services in line with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) standards. This role involves managing frontline staff, ensuring compliance with sector regulations, and driving continuous improvement in client outcomes and service performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage day-to-day delivery of disability support services aligned with person-centred support plans
- Collaborate and support a team of care givers, frontline staff and allied health professionals
- Ensure all services comply with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements and organisational policies
- Monitor service performance, quality, and client satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and supervision of staff to ensure delivery of safe and person-centred care
- Manage rosters, incident reports, risk assessments, and internal audits to maintain smooth operations
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, advocates, and external stakeholders like other allied health professionals
- Support NDIS compliance reporting and data maintenance
- Assist in developing and reviewing policies, procedures, service models and training of relevant staff
- Coordinate with senior management to align program delivery with strategic goals
**Qualifications**:
- **Compulsory**:_
- A **Bachelor degree or higher** under the **Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)**
- Relevant fields of study include:
- Social Welfare
- Health or Allied Health disciplines
- Health Administration
- Health Services Management
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the disability, community, or health services sector
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically across diverse audiences.
- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License
- Knowledge of incident and risk management processes

- Additional degree in **Management or Business Administration**
- Prior experience working in a disability and Age care sector
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
