**The Role**

We are looking for two Full-time Retail Sales Assistant (Garments and Household - Furniture) who are passionate about customer service, fashion and hosuehold and are looking to become the next generation of MUJI leaders. As a Retail Sales Assistant in the Emporium Store, you will be responsible for:

- Maximising sales through delivering exceptional customer service
- Supervising and assisting with the regular replenishment of stock
- Assisting team members with customer enquiries relating to refunds and exchanges
- Upholding visual merchandising standards
- Promoting a safe working environment for your team and customers

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar retail sales assistant position
- Experience in a fast-paced retail store environment
- Leadership experience in a retail environment is highly advantageous
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work across the week as well as late night trade, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to create a friendly and rewarding experience for our customers
- Exceptional customer service and a positive can-do attitude
- Passionate and motivated to achieve the store sales targets
- A true passion for retail and our MUJI brand
