Medical Receptionist

**You must have a medical receptionist experience**_

Busy, well-established general practice in Southbank seeks a Part-time Medical Receptionist.

We are looking for a mature, responsible individual with great communication skills. You must be able to work well under pressure.

Duties Include:
Front desk reception

Bookings

Dealing with patients queries

Billing

General administration duties

Essential Experience

At least 12 months in a medical reception/admin role

Medical billings

Experience with Best Practice software

Essential Knowledge

Excellent computer literacy

Must be able to multitask

Up to date knowledge of the medical industry

Maintenance of filing systems and archiving

Personal Qualities

Outstanding personal presentation

Passion for the medical industry

Takes initiative

Customer service focused

Well mannered

Can work both independently and part of a team

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English speaking skills)

Display initiative, yet able to follow instructions and organisational procedures

Warm and engaging phone manner
