**About the role**
This role is an exciting hybrid role of Cafe work creating consistently amazing coffees and working with our operations team in our space and greeting guests at the welcome desk.

If you are looking to gain critical experience in a corporate office/hospitality environment, this role is for you

**The purpose of the role**
- Making premium and high quality coffee
- Providing assistance with events and meetings, and catering for guests when required
- Keeping on top of industry trends to offer suggestions as we continuously improve our offering.
- Undertake basic troubleshooting tasks at the clubhouse when required
- Administration Support to the Hub Team.
- Help reset the space in the mornings and/or afternoons to ensure everything is tidy, clean and orderly by following our space checklist
- Build rapport with members and clients of the civic quarter building, providing premium Hub Customer service.
- Ensuring Hub members and guests are welcomed to the clubhouses and able to find their way, following sign-in and etiquette procedures

**Ideal experience**
- Available to work casually on weekdays, especially Wednesday afternoons.
- Confident around a coffee machine, and making coffees.
- Fast turn-around of orders
- exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience following health & safety policies and procedures, legislation, and standards.
