As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of information technology services and support across the organization.

Your role will involve managing the IT service delivery team, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of IT services to meet the company’s objectives and contribute to the overall success of mining projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in IT service delivery management, preferably in the mining or heavy assets industries.
- Experience in leading and mentoring IT teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
