We’re looking for a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our Slade Pharmacy team at Brisbane Private Hospital. It’s a fantastic opportunity to step into the Hospital Pharmacy setting to gain unique skills and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

**What You’ll Do**
Hospital Pharmacy is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision and collaboration are key. As a Pharmacy Technician at Slade Pharmacy Brisbane Private, you’ll work alongside Pharmacists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to help maintain smooth pharmacy operations that support multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high level pharmacy services to the hospital staff, patients and customers
- Dispense and supply medications for hospital and cancer patients
- Assist with imprest and pharmacy inventory management
- Undertake delivery and collection of medications to hospital wards
- Complete data entry of patient specific information into database
- Assist with patient account enquiries
- Liaise with hospital staff and associated employees
- Assist the pharmacy teams with any general administration

Shift Information
Available working hours are between 07:00am to 07:00pm. Weekend and public holiday cover may be required on occasion.

**What You’ll Bring**
While hospital pharmacy experience is highly valued, it’s not essential as full training will be provided to aid your transition into this new space. This includes dedicated training in imprest management to support your development in hospital pharmacy operations. Previous experience in pharmacy dispensing is required to ensure a confident start in the role.

Eligibility Requirements
- Permanent Australian working rights.
- Dispensing experience in an Australia-based Pharmacy.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience in Hospital Pharmacy.
- Certificate III/IV in pharmacy (community or hospital) or equivalent.
