**The Role**
Our client is seeking a passionate Electrical Designer looking to be properly rewarded for their expertise in this growing field. Our client is seeking established electrical designers to APPLY NOW. While office-based, this role offers tremendous flexibility, with negotiable start and finish times and the choice of a 9-day working fortnight. Some of your responsibilities will include and benefits:

- **Deliver electrical designs in a timely and efficient manner**:

- **Commitment to quality systems, delivery processes, design reviews, and record-keeping**:

- **Determine, specify, and analyse quotes, procure and inspect materials for overhead and underground sub-transmission and special distribution projects**:

- **Working across Residential (URD), Rural Residential, Commercial and Industrial Subdivisions design**

**About You**
You will be a highly flexible, hands-on, and results-driven professional dedicated to delivering work to a high-quality standard and promptly. To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- **Experience with relevant engineering design software; AutoCAD, BricsCAD, LV Drop, Perfect Lite**:

- **Exceptional attention to detail in both written and verbal communication skills**:

- **Excellent drafting skills especially from an electrical drafting background**:

- **Ability to interpret project scope documents to produce works plans for sub-transmission line construction**:

- **Experience in panel design for overhead projects**:

- **Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise**

Our client is a South East Queensland-owned and operated electrical design consultancy servicing all of Queensland and offering 70 years of combined experience between the two directors. They are an established consultant in the commercial, industrial, government, and residential markets. They are “A” rated consultants with Ergon and Energex and are NBN and Telstra accredited.
