Work with a small team who loves looking after our locals with local independent craft beers, cocktails, pub-style food and giving our guests a great experience. Our vision is to be the heart of the Burnley side of Richmond - a local bar for local people.

We’ve been operating for nearly 6 years and still going strong.

We aren’t pretentious but we pride ourselves on quality and value our local community by supporting locally sourced products and improving our sustainability. The bar produces less waste than a household as we reuse, compost and recycle nearly everything.

We are continuously looking for ways to improve ourselves and our skills. We love looking through the latest books for inspiration and techniques to take our drinks to the next level so you’ll be able to get creative and learn. We do more than serve up delicious drinks, we sous vide our own fruit syrups, make our own Ginger Beer and reuse our leftovers into garnishes and pickles. We have 12 taps that we fill with local brews, a nitro setup and we play with tapped cocktails.

We use Restoke so all recipes and procedures are clear, systemised and easy to follow.

We host a popular trivia night on Wednesday nights, Open Mic on Thursdays, have the best happy hour in Richmond, do a Bottomless for Beer-Lovers and host many private functions.

**What we are looking for?**
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor/Manager in a similar role or a solid Bartender looking to step up
- A passion to - make customers smile, serve craft beers, make great cocktails, experiment, supervise all the day-to-day aspects of the bar including drink creation, drink costing, training, prep, service, routine maintenance, and solve problems
- Fast-paced and efficient work ethic
- A relaxed and positive attitude while still having the drive to lead and communicate with the team
- Great planning and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a practical and efficient approach to tasks
- Ability to use technology at a level to maintain the Restoke app.

You will need to work weekends and nights. Wednesday to Saturday nights. Usually until 11:30pm on weeknights and 1:30am on Weekends. On quiet nights you may need to work and close on your own so you will need to be comfortable with that. We do get the occasional event bookings on other days and nights so you might need to work those too.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Richmond, VIC 3121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
