UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UX/UI Designer, your purpose is to improve user interface and user experience ensuring that Kinatico products are user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate, resulting in a better user experience. The objective of the role is to increased user engagement, customer satisfaction, and loyalty with design intuitive and visually appealing unique and innovative designs that provide competitive advantage.

**About you**:

- At least 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and a track record of incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
- Proficiency in user experience analytics tools such as Heap Analytics, Log Rocket, HotJar etc
- Experience with user research methodologies, including user testing and usability studies.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and ability to collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation meets design specifications and standards.
- Working knowledge of Agile ways of working and mindset.
- Ability to drive a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related field.

**Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Develop data analysis to ensure the ideation and concept development based on user flows and journey that can fill the gap of user pain points / needs.
- Develop and maintain the Kinatico’s behavioral design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
- Conduct user research, including customer interviews, user testing and usability studies, to gather feedback and insights to inform design decisions.
- Develop UX Copywriting and UI that define the key design of hypotheses and goals, identifying appropriate methods, executing studies, and synthesising findings.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes, & interaction and interface design that effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate feedback and iteration.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation meets design specifications and standards.
- Develop information architecture to create seamless user flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and business objectives and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
