**We are looking to hire an ambitious Account Manager to work on 3 of our biggest clients. Your role isn’t just focused on great client service - you’re a gun at project management, you know how to handle stakeholders at all levels of seniority, and you’re the sort of person who loves the detail - all the way to delivering on brief and on time.

As a social native, you’ll also be checking on the accuracy and standards of work of your colleagues to ensure the team upholds a high standard of work. You don’t do this alone. You will work together with your own Client Services Team (around 15), as well as collaboratively with Strategy, Creative, Editorial and Production. Together you truly shape the role social media plays in advertising with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management**
- Ensure effective delivery of projects - on time and within budget
- Lead WIPs to ensure they’re efficient, productive and enjoyable.

**Teamwork and Relationship management**
- Develop strong and collaborative internal and (client) relationships at all levels
- Being confident in conversations with clients and able to manage expectations and changing priorities, especially relating to project budgets and timings
- Help to provide mentoring to any interns under your supervision

**Creative (social) media contribution**
- Translate client briefs into stellar internal briefs to get your team moving in the right direction, with all the tools they need
- Understanding of media planning process, being able to confidently discuss media approach with internal team and client
- Articulate a point of view on all things social, and find solutions by collaborating with creative teams, producers, paid media team and clients
- Supervise communities to ensure they run smoothly: comments and posts being addressed within response timeframes, information to be accurate, content to be error-free

While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the nature of the demands placed on us by our clients means that this role will evolve over time and needs a ‘can do’ approach.

**Your skills and experience**
- You have 1-3 years of experience working in a media agency
- You have an understanding of media and have experience in being the voice of the customer from a media perspective
- You just love working with clients and your project & process management skills are second to none
- You have a passion for social media and would love to deepen your knowledge and work in a creative environment and be client facing
- You continually look for ways to improve the work that you’re doing.
- You are known as an open, honest, proactive and effective collaborator.
