They have a solid pipeline of work throughout SEQ, at different stages of the project life cycles, this is the perfect time to join them. Due to this growth a fantastic opportunity has come to fruition for an experienced QA Manager to join the business.

**Your new role**

In your new role you will:

- Implement and ensure operation of the quality assurance and control systems, by planning and conducting internal quality audits
- Ensure project team effectively manage the quality performance of subcontractors and implement improvements as required
- Effectively manage the quality performance of subcontractors and implement improvements as required
- Perform inspections to verify compliance of quality policies across all sites
- Educate and provide guidance to the project teams to ensure improvement of quality outcomes onsite
- Provide adequate training / awareness of company employees for quality systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction is monitored and improvement and corrective actions are taken where required
- Ensure all non-conformance issues are investigated promptly and prevention actions implemented
- Ensure that all subcontractors quality systems and plans are acceptable to the company

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in your new role you will need:

- Tertiary education in relevant industry will be highly regarded
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of management systems, such as ISO9000 and Australian Standards
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements of relevant authorities such as Council, Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Building Regulations
- Highly organised and capable of working in a team
