**The company**
They have experienced a strong period of growth over the last 12 months with further growth planned over the next financial year, hence the requirement for an Intermediate/Junior Business Services Accountant. The client base is varied; a diverse range of industries. On top of compliance work, the client base also caters for Business and tax advisory which you will gain exposure to with experience.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Preparation of financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSF
- Preparation of BAS/IAS
- Preparation of tax returns for above
- Maintain a small, allocated client base (circa 20) from end to end, made up of small business entities
- CA or CPA commenced at the very least
- 1.5 to 2 years post university experience in Business services
- Must have working knowledge of Australian Tax legislation
- Easy going and approachable attitude
- Excellent communication skills are absolutely essential for this role as client contact is encouraged from the offset
- A long-term view with a committed attitude to the growth of this business is essential
