Language For Life is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated speech pathologist to join our busy private practice in Hoppers Crossing
- West of Melbourne.

We are a multidisciplinary private practice offering speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, dietetics and psychology. The clinic comprises a team of experienced independent practitioners who all have a special interest in the well-being of families and individuals and work together to identify concerns and provide effective intervention for each client.

This role involves working predominantly with children, with some adult and aged caseload, providing screening and assessments, individual therapy, group therapy and education.

**About the role**
- Immediate start.
- Work is predominantly in-office consultations with some opportunity to do out-of-office consults in the western suburbs (e.g. schools, home, creche).
- As a family friendly work place, days and hours of work can be tailored to suit your personal commitments.
- Working in an established and growing multidisciplinary team.

**Preferred Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Membership or eligibility for the membership of Speech Pathology Australia;
- A current Working With Children Check;
- The ability to administer quality speech pathology services to clients in the areas of assessment, reporting, program development, individual and group intervention, review of progress, and training of parents/carers;
- Experience or an interest in working with children on the autism spectrum;
- The ability to work collaboratively with professionals both within, and external to, the practice in order to obtain best client outcomes;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Enthusiasm for continued professional learning;
- Initiative in improving quality outcomes for clients and the practice in general;
- Capacity to adopt practice administrative processes.
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
