**_The role:_**
- The Facilitator will be responsible for running the workshops, keeping them on track and ensuring that the objectives of the workshops are met
- Establish a consistent baseline for Project Lessons Learnt processes, workshops and documentation.
- Help build a shared understanding, unity, and confidence.
- Identify processes that need improvements in the short term and long term.
- Provide stakeholders visibility and understand around why a change may be made because of a lesson.
- Increase visibility of lessons learnt across projects.

- Pre-Workshop Survey structure and analytics.
- Workshop facilitator guide.

**_ Experience required:_**
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
- Experience in gathering lessons learnt for projects of varying size, complexity and discipline.
