- **Demolition**: Capability to perform controlled demolition tasks as required.
- **Painting**: General painting duties, including surface preparation and touch-ups, ensuring a polished and professional finish.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a wide range of handyman services, with a focus on carpentry, plastering, and painting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on various projects.
- Own tools and equipment are preferred.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of manual work.

**Compensation**:
