**The gig**:Lead and inspire the first International Nu café team at Bondi's groundbreaking social wel lness club. As Nu Store Manager, you'll lead the team and oversee operations, delivering world-class service and maintaining top standards.

Reporting to the Club General Manager, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every member and guest.
- In a nutshell - _
- You'll plan and prepare rosters and assign crew members to specific duties
- You'll ensure our crew members are following service standards and procedures
- You'll hire, train, assign, coach and motivate crew members to achieve agreed targets
- You'll maintain appropriate stock levels through ordering, receiving and rotation processes
- You'll effectively manage all operations of the store, including food cost variances, controllable costs against budget, stock take procedures, banking and daily management checks
- You'll perform opening and closing procedures and first aid officer duties when required
- You'll be a valuable member of the overall Virgin Active club leadership team

**All about you**:

- You have 1+ years of relevant café or restaurant leadership experience, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and can readily obtain a Working with Children's Check (if required)
- You love to create refreshing experiences for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all.??
- You are people focused. You're warm, honest and genuine. You get a kick delivering and teaching others operational excellence?
