**Roles & responsibilities**
- Manage & develop a team
- Ensure the implementation of marketing promotions and campaigns within the clinic.
- Make sure that financial targets related to sales, conversion, product attachment, and labor productivity are met.
- Plan and oversee staffing needs of the business to ensure sufficient coverage and optimal labor productivity.
- Supervise and guide team members to not only meet but exceed their agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously evaluate the performance of each treatment category in the clinic and develop action plans to address any areas of underperformance.
- Make sure that financial targets related to sales, conversion, product attachment, and labor productivity are met.
- Mentoring & team leading
- Guide the team in fulfilling our customer with high level of service and results
- Stock control & supplier orders
- Staff rostering
- treatments for men and women
- Skin treatments including laser pigmentation removal treatment, body treatment, PRP treatment, cosmetic injection and skin needling
- Skin and laser consultations.

**About you**
- Strong communication and leadership team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Previous management experience is a plus but not essential for the right person.
- Hold a registered nurse license, with at least 2 years experience is preferable but not essential.
- Laser hair removal experience is preferable but not essential
- A background in nursing or previous management experience in retail, hair and beauty or service industries is highly regarded or in a similar role
- Have good knowledge of the skin, and of professional treatments and services
- Proven capability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets
- Ability to work in a very high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service will be held in high regard
- You must possess a ‘can do’ positive attitude
- You must have a passion for providing a professional service in product retail sales, laser hair removal, and skin treatments.
- Previous blood taking experience is a plus but not essential for the right person.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
