**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
The purpose of this position is to be an engaging and enthusiastic deliverer of the highest levels of customer service during all points of customer contact.

**Some of the key duties include**:

- Provide high levels of customer service in all interactions with visitors.
- Perform various duties in the key areas of our front of house operation, which include the box office, candy bar and ushering.
- Play a paramount role in maintaining the IMAX environment, which involves completing various cleaning tasks on a regular basis.
- Have a strong sense of initiative that allows you to work with mínimal supervision.
- Be a team player that can effectively contribute in a fun and strong working team environment.
- Thrive in high pressure situations and be able to maintain a high level of work efficiency.
- Implement up-selling and suggestive selling sales techniques.
- Obtain a Working with Children Check and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) at your own cost by the commencement of employment.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Proven ability to deliver effective customer service including clear and efficient communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and use initiative when required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high pressure situations.
- Flexible availability throughout weekdays, evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.

**OTHER INFORMATION**

This is a Casual role. The salary on offer is $35.82 (inclusive of 25% loading) + 11.5% superannuation
