**JUNIOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATION - REAL ESTATE**

**The Company**

Minic is a well-established, award winning and highly regarded real estate agency located South of the River in Wilson, operating in Residential Sales and Property Management. We have been in the Perth southern area for over 15 years and are part of the award-winning Sales Group.

**The Position**

Full training provided on the below duties:

- Assisting the Sales Administrator with sales listing and sales contracts
- Compliance, processing and contract management
- Assisting the sales representatives with marketing/administration
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Skills & Experience**
- Customer service experience or a strong desire to the real estate industry
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, enjoys working within a team
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Well-presented, punctual and self-motivated
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
