**Service Delivery Manger - SFIA Lvl 5**

**Scope**:
The Service Delivery Manager oversees the provision of IT services to the Client, delivered by both internal technology teams and external providers. The role is responsible for establishing processes and actions that ensure that our system is stable and secure, and that the delivery of IT services and problem solving is customer-centric, professional, and timely. They provide leadership and guidance to members within the team.
The current project team delivering services are a high performing team from a range of backgrounds predominantly SOCOM and from within the NIC.
We are looking for an Operationally minded Service Delivery Manager, to work within an Agile project delivering operational outcomes to our clients.

**Requirements**:
NV1 Clearance required
- Technical or Operations Background
- Strong Operations Experience
- Facilitate Client meetings within a complex work environment
- In-depth knowledge of holistic security and the reasons behind managing attribution
- Relationships within the Defence and/or National Intelligence Community
- Experience with an Agile workforce
- Recent commercial IT service delivery management or IT operations management experience
- Proven team leadership management experience, (direct or indirect reports)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to build and manage client-vendor relationships
- Ability to influence and take people on the journey
- Experience in managing IT Change management
- Project Governance - client Quoting / invoicing, Contract management
- Project experience within Defence, namely CIOG.

Rate of pay: $934-$1068 per day
