Are you a caring, supportive, reliable, person, who has a great attitude, and is fully (3 doses) COVID-19 vaccinated?

We are seeking those with a passion for caring, in particular a younger (30s) client with daily living tasks.

Our client, a well-established organisation is seeking new team members (qualified or trainees) to join their established team.

If you are qualified, depending on your experience, we can offer buddy and induction training to support you in the role. We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new residents and the growth of the industry.

With aim these positions to move to ongoing employment, after your probationary period.

- ** NDIS Workers Check (be willing to obtain if you don't have this)**:

- Victorian Driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Working rights in Austalia
- Have regular availability
- Clear Communication skills
- Desire to care for and help the elderly
- Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability, or have personal/professional experience.

**Shifts**:
Shifts are available Monday to Sunday

24-hour care is required.

Passive/sleeping overnight shifts.

2 - 6 hour shifts (active) during the day/evening.

**The client suffers from paranoia, you will receive training and support. We are seeking those with exceptional communication and diversional skills.**

- Socialisation
- Basic housework
- Meal preparation
