**The Opportunity**:
It doesn't happen often that we have the wonderful opportunity of offering a talented Merchandise Manager to join our team. We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and commercially savvy individual who is an expert at driving a category, and leading a successful and capable team.

You will have overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the Equipment & Tyre Repair category.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Leadership of the category team
- Strategy in relation to the category
- Identifying market/product opportunities
- Grow sales and profit, and achieve/exceed annual budget targets
- Develop a competitive category pricing strategy
- Delivery of supplier income targets
- Range reviews
- Development of strong internal and external relationships
