**The Opportunity**

An exciting and rare opportunity is available in our group merchandise team. We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and commercially savvy individual to drive category performance, and lead a successful and capable team. You will have overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the category across Australia and New Zealand, within our **Repco **and** NAPA** businesses.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Leadership of the category team
- Strategy in relation to the category
- Identifying market/product opportunities
- Grow sales and profit, and achieve/exceed annual budget targets
- Develop a competitive category pricing strategy
- Delivery of supplier income targets
- Range reviews
- Development of strong internal and external relationships
