As an Operations Controller, you will play a critical role in optimising warehouse operations and enhancing overall efficiency. You will be responsible for creating and managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless execution of warehouse activities. Your keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role. - Be empowered to impact change with a key focus on service delivery through:_
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure adequate resources to achieve targets and service levels through accurate forecasting and planning
- Forecast business requirements by utilising data, supporting the achievement of business targets through effective planning and resource scheduling
- Plan and schedule day-to-day work activities, taking into account the availability of resources and deadlines, ensuring all resourcing stays within set budgets
- Liaise with management to ensure stock is dispatched safely nd efficiently to planned schedule, supporting and communicated shipment and delivery dates to relevant stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies whilst making recommendations for optimisations to maximise service and quality

**Ideally, you will**
**have**:

- Minimum of 2 years logistics/warehouse background
- Previous exposure to planning/scheduling duties is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving operational excellence
