You will follow safe work procedures and meet production deadlines and customer deliveries to the highest quality standards. We are looking for someone who multi-task to ensure all tasks are adequately covered during peak demand periods. **About you** If you’re an enthusiastic, energetic and a positive person looking to enter the manufacturing industry then we are looking for someone who can demonstrate they are - Highly motivated with the ability to work positively in a small team environment. - A good communicator with different type of people at all levels. - Excellent at managing time and meeting deadlines. - A problem solver (with a sound mechanical aptitude advantageous). - Detail oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy. - Able to multitask and meet changing deadlines. - Understanding of the Health & Safety best practice or willing to learn under guidance of management and colleagues - This role will require you to do some ‘heavy lifting", but you’ll not be left to do this alone - just want to make sure you know there is a physical element to the role - Ability to show flexibility with hours and days when required including renumerated overtime when required - Hold a forklift license, or willing to obtain a fork lift license. - Previous experience in a similar role if you have any. - Qualifications and formal training certification (not mandatory) **Diversity & Inclusion** **Salary**: $21.82 - $25.00 per hour Schedule: - Day shift - Flexible hours - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Application Question(s): - Please outline any experience you think is relevant to this role? - What can you bring the team that will make you a stand out employee?
