**About the role**
Barwon Health is seeking suitably experience Allied Health Educators to join a newly established multidisciplinary team of clinical workforce educators.
- The Physiotherapy (Grade 4) Clinical Education Lead is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and delivery of clinical education activities and systems that support professional development in Physiotherapy and the wider allied health team. This will include a focus on ensuring consistent competency-based training and assessment programs for advanced practice across Allied Health. This role will provide a framework for education and training to support the physiotherapy team with a focus on strengthening the credentialing, competency and capabilities in our advanced practice workforce. The role will facilitate the achievement of Allied Health strategic education goals and contribute to a culture that values learning and striving for best practice. The role will hold a leadership function for all clinical education activities in Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology.
- As a Physiotherapy (Grade 4) Clinical Education Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading, supporting, and delivering high-quality clinical education for the allied health workforce organisation wide. The positions will be responsible for leading needs analysis, designing and implementing targeted education programs, and evaluating outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with service needs and strategic priorities.
