**About the Opportunity**
The
**Plant Support Officer** will provide effective service and support to our
**Matraville** Plant. You will be responsible for raw materials purchasing and administrative duties covering Safety, Finance, Plant Maintenance, Operations and Warehouse.

Key responsibilities:

- Purchasing and Order Processing
- Management of all plant Raw Materials and Paper inventory
- Conduct the purchasing, goods receipt and invoice processing functions on SAP for production raw materials and other production supplies
- Place orders, control stocks & replenish supplies of general stores and consumable items
- Conduct stock-takes and adjust inventory of raw materials
- Monitor Raw Material usages and recommend BOM adjustments as part of the Stocktaking function
- Weekly and monthly reporting in SAP to track raw material usage and provide monthly stock take
- Forecasting of Raw Materials to suppliers

**About You**
- A high level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- High level attention to detail
- Experienced working at a fast pace and multi-tasking
- A “can do” attitude and excellent time skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and commitment to problem solving
- A strong customer focus that demonstrates our commitment to be our customers’ best supplier
